Tomatillo - Green

Small green fruits wrapped in papery husks with a bright, tangy citrus-like flavor. A traditional heirloom tomatillo prized for authentic Mexican cooking, especially salsa verde. Vigorous plants produce abundant 1–2 inch fruits throughout the season, adding a zesty flavor to sauces, salsas, and roasted dishes.

Pollination Tip: Tomatillos typically produce the best harvest when at least two plants are grown together. While a single plant may produce fruit in some gardens, planting two greatly improves pollination and helps ensure a reliable harvest.
