Malabar Spinach

A vigorous, heat-loving vining green with succulent, peppery leaves that stay tender under summer heat. Use the fresh leaves in salads or wilt them into stir-fries, soups, and curries for a spinach-like boost. Vines can reach 6–10 ft long when supported and are ready to pick repeatedly throughout the warm season.
