Pepper - Shishito

Annual vegetable producing slender, wrinkled green peppers with a mild, slightly sweet flavor and occasional hint of heat. Best enjoyed blistered, grilled, or pan-roasted, developing a rich, smoky flavor. Compact, bushy plants are highly productive, yielding abundant 2–4 inch fruits throughout the season in warm, sunny conditions.
