Seeds - Sweet Pepper (Red Corno di Toro)

A classic Italian sweet pepper with beautiful, elongated fruits and excellent flavor! Corno di Toro Rosso, meaning “Red Bull’s Horn,” gets its name from its distinctive long, tapered shape.

The fruits grow approximately 8 inches long and 2–3 inches wide, ripening from green to a brilliant red. They have thin skin, thick walls, and a wonderfully sweet flavor. Plants are heavy producers, providing an abundant harvest throughout the growing season.

Corno di Toro Rosso can be harvested green at approximately 65 days or allowed to fully ripen to red for maximum sweetness and flavor. Its size, shape, and meaty walls make it especially versatile in the kitchen.
