This vigorous parsley responds well to repeated harvesting, with fresh growth emerging after cutting for an extended harvest. Its bold, fresh flavor makes it an excellent all-purpose culinary herb for pasta, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables, marinades, and garnishes.

Gigante di Napoli is also notably cold hardy and can overwinter in many areas, making it a productive addition to both herb gardens and vegetable beds.
