Mustard - Purple

Deep purple, broad leaves with green undersides and a mild peppery bite. Color darkens in cool weather and holds well in cold conditions. Tender leaves suitable for multiple harvests. The flavor is mildest when picked young. Excellent raw in salads or lightly wilted into stir-fries.
