Cress (Upland Cress)

Our Upland Cress seedlings produce dark green, glossy, rounded leaves with a fresh, peppery flavor similar to watercress. Forms compact 6–8 inch rosettes and thrives in cooler temperatures. Slow to bolt and excellent for continuous harvesting. Delicious fresh in salads and sandwiches or added to soups and cooked dishes.
