Celery

Fresh green celery with a strong, classic celery flavor. Our celery is grown with multiple seeds per plug and develops into a dense cluster of leafy growth with slender stems rather than the large, thick stalks typically found at the grocery store. Harvest the stems and leaves as needed for juicing, soups, stocks, salads, sauces, and garnishing. The flavorful leaves can also be chopped and used similarly to parsley.
