Loose, non-heading leaf cabbage producing light green, frilly leaves with crisp white stems and a mild, sweet flavor. Harvested young as tender baby greens or left to mature into full, leafy bunches - equally delicious raw in salads and wraps or lightly sautéed with garlic and sesame. Fast-growing and surprisingly heat tolerant, with a cut-and-come-again habit that keeps delivering all season long. Will not form a head.
