Beet - Yellow

Produce beautiful golden-yellow roots with a mild, sweet flavor and tender texture. Unlike red beets, golden beets have a less earthy taste and won't stain your hands or cutting boards. Both the roots and leafy greens are edible. Thrives in cooler temperatures and is delicious roasted, steamed, or added to salads.
